I started Precision Target Pistol Grips as a coach of a perennially underfunded college shooting team. One of my first shooters was extra, extra small, left handed and cross-eye dominant. Making the grips she needed led me to create this company that has served over 2000 shooters in all 50 states and over 20 countries.
I personally make every grip per customers' orders. I have no inventory and each grip is unique to the shooter's needs. The raw material for the vast majority of the grips I make is made in the USA.
Before I was a coach and grip maker I was (and still am on Tuesday nights) a Bullseye shooter. I don't get to practice as much as I'd like, but when I do everything right I can shoot a Master score. I rarely do everything right and usually end up in the high Expert range. This year I'm shooting a Pardini SP for .22 and a Springfield 1911 customized by Sam May for centerfire and .45. I have 1-inch Ultradots on both guns, because apparently I'm old now. When I'm feeling adventurous I shoot a Smith and Wesson Model 14 or Hammerli 210 for centerfire with iron sights.
Above are a few of my 3d printers. For the curious, I currently run six 3d printers- a variety of Lulzbot and Ender machines driven by a network of Macs.
Thanks for checking out what I do and if you ever have any questions, please reach out to me. I love talking to fellow shooters of all disciplines.
